If these identical or different, parallel universes exist, will they overlap under some unknown circumstances?
In fact, the earliest source of the concept of parallel universes is not what people usually think, but was proposed to explain the time paradox, and its prototype has actually been proposed a long time ago.
In the fifth century BC, the ancient Greek materialist philosopher and one of the founders of the doctrine of atomic materialism, Democritus, once put forward a hypothesis, he believed that there are countless worlds, composed of atoms moving arbitrarily and irregularly in the void, they collide with each other to form different shapes, compared to hooking up to form countless worlds, so Democritus believes that the innumerable worlds are the same, there are also completely different.
Like Democritus, there were Greek philosophers, atheists: Epicurus, and the ancient Roman scholar luke Lysius, the famous author of The Nature of Matter.
However, at that time, people's understanding of the universe was still very shallow, until the 20th century, the quantum physicist Hugh. Everett III proposed according to the difference in quantum observations, at least in the quantum world parallel world exists, each time the observations of the quantum are different, so different observations have caused parallel worlds with different historical lines, he believes that because each observation is different, the universe that follows is naturally different, but different universes will think that they are unique, and there will be no overlap between them, unless there are 2 identical universes.

After Everett's idea was proposed, the concept of parallel universes was also publicly proposed for the first time, but at that time, as Everett said, most scholars who believed in the existence of parallel universes believed that it was impossible to overlap between two universes that were not exactly the same, and that only two universes that were completely identical could overlap, but the probability of two perfectly identical universes was very low.
So in theory, even if there are parallel universes, there will never be an unexpected intersection between each other, and they will always be parallel.
However, the many cases that followed were considered to be crossing events made this claim seem somewhat untenable.

Travelers from "non-existent countries"
In the summer of 1954, a man in a suit arrived at the airport in Tokyo, Japan, a Westerner, but his Japanese was proficient, and he waited in line with his suitcase to enter the customs.
All this, seemingly very ordinary, is a person who may be on official business or may be traveling, and when it is his turn to enter, he takes off his hat, goes to the security inspector, and hands him his passport.
The security inspector opened the passport, first with a puzzled look, and then carefully checked the passport to confirm that the passport was genuine, but the country written on the passport had never been heard of.
The passport said that this man was from a country called Taurad, but this country could not be found at all in the national directory of the airport staff, and the security inspector carefully turned through the directory several times and did not find the country, but the passport and all the visa records on the passport in front of him were true, and the most interesting thing was that the man's visa records had many visas to and from Japan.
The confused security officers could only call the leaders of the airport, but the leaders had not heard of the place, and at first the airport personnel thought that there might be omissions in their own directory, perhaps a very small country.
In order not to delay the queue of people behind, the staff had to invite the strange man into the office, and found a map of the world to the man, asking him to find out the country called Tauled.
The man took the map, searched for a moment, and then suddenly pointed to the Republic of Andorra in a small corner of southwestern Europe, and told the staff that his country was here.
Located between France and Spain, Andorra is a small ancient republic with an area of less than 468 square kilometers and a population of just a few tens of thousands of people.
But the Republic of Andorra is not the Republic of Tauled written on the passport that the man holds, but the man angrily says that it is Torrad, there is no Andorra at all, his country has existed for more than 1,000 years, and you must be mistaken in your map.
Faced with such a situation, the airport personnel were also confused, they could only arrange for the man to rest in a safe high-rise hotel room, and sent someone to watch the man temporarily prevent him from entering, and also began to start further investigation.
However, at this point, it was not the most bizarre thing, and the strangest thing happened the next day when the staff wanted to go to the man to learn more about the situation.
When the staff arrived at the airtight hotel the next day, they found that the mysterious man had disappeared, and that his door was locked from the inside, the windows had not been opened, and the guards were standing outside the man's room and had not left, and the guards said that they had not heard any strange movement.
After that, the airport personnel could not find the man near the hotel, the airport, and around the airport, and he seemed to mysteriously disappear out of thin air, and no one ever saw him again.
With that, the country called Tauled also became a mystery, which was later called the Taullad Incident.
Is the crossing real or fake?
There are many versions of this incident, but they are all similar, all of which are suddenly appearing at the airport, but coming from a country that does not exist, and it eventually disappeared mysteriously in a closed room.
In fact, there are many similar events and legends, such as the mysterious disappearance of the Italian airliner in 1994, the Sir Goddard crossing incident in 1935, and the Huang Yanqiu incident in 1977 that I believe everyone has heard of.
Similar to the Tauld incident, there is a sudden appearance of a person who should not appear at all, some appeared hundreds of kilometers away out of thin air, some people suddenly disappeared mysteriously, and suddenly appeared, and even more directly after disappearing for several years, strangely appeared in the world a few years later, and the appearance and appearance were exactly the same as when they disappeared, and many ghost ship events were like this.
But none of these events, like the Tauld affair, is a man from a country that has never existed in this world.
Of course, then the Tao Led incident also had relevant personnel come out to refute the rumors, so whether this matter is true or false, there are many opinions, including the crossing events we just mentioned, and no one except the parties may know whether it is true or false.
If true, it shows not only that parallel universes exist, but also that it is not, as physicists in the 20th century believed: there is no such thing as two identical universes, and that there will never be an intersection between different universes.
And, even if these legends are fictional, evidence of the existence of parallel universes seems to have begun to be found.
The "boundary" wall of the universe?
In August 2007, when scientists were studying the cosmic microwave background radiation signal (CMB), they found a strange cosmic region, which was 0.00015 degrees Celsius lower than the temperature of all the surrounding galaxies, so it was captured by scientists and named it: cold spot phenomenon.
This large area of cold spots, without any normal matter, dark matter, or radiation signals, is completely empty, for example, as if there were an area in the world we live in, without human intervention, without any bacteria, microorganisms, or even air.
This is completely impossible, just as there can be no such empty area in our world, and scientists believe that since the Big Bang, the residual radiation should be evenly distributed in the universe, and even if there is a difference, it is impossible to have a region completely free of radiation, unless, there is an invisible wall that separates them.
Thus, a group of physicists, led by theoretical physicist Dr. Laura Mercini-Horton and Professor Richard Holman from Carnegie Mellon University, believe that this is the best evidence for the existence of parallel universes.
Mercini believes that the void area found in the cosmic microwave background radiation map drawn by the Plack telescope is caused by the existence of different parallel universes, and the cold spot region that cannot be explained by cosmological theory is a special "wall" separating different universes, if the universe is single, then there can be no such void space, which is the same as the existence of a void space on the earth that separates two spaces.
In 2014, Malcolm Perry, a professor of physics at the University of Cambridge, also published an article in the Sunday Times about evidence that the cold spot region observed by the Plaker telescope is evidence of the existence of parallel universes, arguing that although the multiverse sounds a bit exaggerated, it is as unbelievable as when the Big Bang theory was proposed, and we have now found convincing evidence.
Therefore, the existence of parallel universes seems to have been recognized by many scientists, but except for those rumored cases that cannot be known to be true or false and the discovery of this more convincing cosmic cold spot, human beings have no further ability to explore and confirm.
Moreover, a considerable number of people believe that parallel universes exist, but just like being separated by cold spots, there can be no overlap between them, so naturally it is impossible to cross, just to go parallel to each other forever.
Therefore, the study of parallel universes has also been attacked by Occam's razor principle, thinking that the existence of parallel universes is proved immediately, and what, people cannot have the ability to observe another universe, and it is pointless to indulge in investing a lot of resources in it.
