The keynote speaker was Zhao Yuanchao, "Xi'an Quality Craftsman" and chief architect of China Architecture Northwest Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd. Zhao Yuanchao was born in 1963, the same age as the University of Chinese in Hong Kong. This trip to CuHK is zhao Yuan's second visit to Hong Kong after a gap of 28 years.
