The meeting listened to the work report made by Comrade Jin Xianbo on behalf of the Dry Rest Institute on "Comprehensively Implementing the Requirements of the "Three Non-Descending" Standards and Continuously Promoting the Quality of Service Assurance to a New Level". The report elaborates on three aspects: a review of more than three years of work, existing problems and improvement measures, and the direction of future work.

The meeting studied and adopted the draft "Method for the Election of the Nanchong Retired Cadre Rest Center of the Sichuan Provincial Military Region of the CPC.", and the party members present at the meeting voted in turn in accordance with the prescribed order, and the members of the first committee of the Nanchong Retired Cadres Rest Center were elected. After the first plenary session of the first party committee, the secretary and deputy secretary were elected. The new leading body of the party committee is determined to lead all the workers and rest personnel to conscientiously implement the instructions and regulations of the higher authorities, take the cadre rest center as the home, take the work of the old cadres as the center, and wholeheartedly grasp all kinds of service guarantee work.
