On the evening of September 13, Dalian City reported on the accountability and handling of the "9.10" gas explosion accident in Pulandian District, among which Zhang Fujiu, secretary of the party committee of the Dalian Emergency Management Bureau, and Yang Zhe, deputy secretary of the party committee and director of the bureau, were dismissed from their posts; Zhang Chen, member of the party committee and deputy director of the Dalian Emergency Management Bureau, and Song Guang, member of the party group and deputy director of the Dalian Municipal Housing and Construction Bureau, were suspended for inspection.
