Ju Wenpei was admitted to the Shanghai Conservatory of Music Affiliated Primary School since childhood, studied under Professor Zeng Minqiang, promoted to the Attached Middle School under Professor Sha Hankun and Professor Deng Erbo, majored in the Composition and Conducting Department of the University, studied under Professor He Xuntian, graduated with excellent results, stayed in the school to serve as a lecturer in the composition discipline of the Attached Middle School, accompanied the students in their six-year middle school career, and trained countless outstanding students to enter music academies around the world. In 2015, Ju Wenpei was admitted to the Shanghai Conservatory of Music with the first place in the doctorate of composition, under the supervision of Professor He Xuntian.
He was invited to serve as the chief supervisor of more than 40 film and television dramas, dramas, large-scale evening parties, and modern dance composition music such as "A River of Spring Water Flows Eastward", "Begonia Still", "Blood Xiangjiang", "One and Eight", etc. His works have been included in albums such as "1000 Famous Chinese Songs" and "The Sound of Chinese Film and Television Harmonica". The symphonic poem "Drunken Fankong" was successfully performed at the Shanghai Concert Hall, and "Mountain Soul" was included in the album of the attached middle school.
In 2016, Ju Wenpei composed music director's TV series "Begonia Still", the theme song "Begonia Still" was successfully premiered by the world-famous baritone Mr. Liao Changyong at the Great Hall of the People, and in July, "Begonia Still" was broadcast on CCTV1 and the ratings were highly acclaimed. Because of the in-depth friendly cooperation with director Chen Li in "Begonia Still", in September, Ju Wenpei once again composed music and served as the music director for The Film "Blood Xiangjiang" directed by Chen Li. "Blood Xiangjiang" is a tribute film from Bayi Film Studio to the 80th anniversary of the victory of the Long March. It is currently in post-production.
