The Slovenian Tournament is WTT's regular level challenge with a total of 2 stops, collectively referred to as the "Tournament Club". Due to the proximity to the World Table Tennis Championships, most of the masters of table tennis are not interested in this event, and the core main forces of Japan and South Korea such as Zhang Benzhihe and Ito Mimachi have not participated, so the competition is generally fierce.
However, because many people in the Chinese team have not participated in an international competition this year, and now the World Table Tennis Championships are about to start, and Lin Gaoyuan, Liang Jingkun, Wang Chuqin, Zhou Qihao, and Wang Yidi have all been selected for the national table tennis list, so everyone urgently needs to get the training of foreign wars, so they use the Slovenian tournament as a place for military training.
According to the ranking, Lin Gaoyuan, Liang Jingkun, Wang Chuqin, Wang Yidi and Liu Weishan were all listed as singles seeded players, but Zhou Qihao and Liu Dingshuo had to start fighting from the qualifiers; in the doubles, Liang Jingkun/Wang Chuqin,Wang Chuqin/Wang Yidi, Liang Jingkun/Liu Weishan were seed combinations, while Lin Gaoyuan/Zhou Qihao, Wang Yidi/Liu Weishan did not have the opportunity to obtain this status.
Therefore, in the qualifiers from November 1 to 3, the national table tennis players that can be seen are Lin Gaoyuan, Zhou Qihao, Liu Dingshuo, Wang Yidi and Liu Weishan, while Liang Jingkun and Wang Chuqin will only appear in the main tournament starting on November 4.
