This shows a worrying phenomenon: the Chinese Football Association's idea of vigorously cultivating young local coaches is very correct, and it is also the key to the future development of Chinese football. However, at the specific operational level, some subjective factors may play a larger role in it, which more or less weakens or even hinders the development of a larger and more solid step.
Gather sand into towers, gather armpits into fur. Without accumulating steps, there is no way to go thousands of miles; without accumulating small streams, there is no way to become a river and a sea. The growth of young coaches must be step by step, starting from the most basic level coaches, experiencing repeated tempering, learning a lot of successful experiences and failure lessons, and starting to get the "true scriptures" after years and months. This is like an army fighting a war, if you have been engaged in the work of "political commissar" for a long time, it is often difficult to make him a military commander. Not to mention the squad leader and platoon leader, who had never even been a regimental commander, and directly let him be a division commander and a military commander, how could he possibly win the battle?
Judging from Yang Chen's experience, his 10-year coaching career, only two years of real assistant coaching, most of the others are team leaders, and even the most basic grassroots head coach has not been.
