Liu Yan was elected secretary of the Baiyu County CPC Committee

On October 31, the first plenary session of the 13th Baiyu County Committee of the Communist Party of China elected a new standing committee of the county party committee. Liu Yan was elected secretary of the county party committee, Ayang Deng Zhu, Xu Shunfa, and Gen QiuZeren were elected deputy secretaries of the county party committee, and Tashi Yongzhen, Ge Lai, Zheng Ke, Dandawa, Ma Chunlin, Zhou Bo, Su Lin, and Tan Haiyuan were elected as members of the standing committee of the county party committee.
