"Wild Grass Poetry Society" is a non-governmental academic group voluntarily organized by Chinese poetry lovers, and is the initiating unit and group member of the Chinese Poetry Society. On October 22, 1978, initiated by Zhao Puchu, Xiao Jun, Jiang Chunfang, Lou Shiyi, Wang Yaping, Zhang Bao, Tang Maozhi, Jin Changzheng, and Yang Xiaokai, it was the earliest poetry society established in China after the smashing of the "Gang of Four".
Profile Qian Mingjun (1935.-2012.) was originally from Cangnan Jinxiang, Zhejiang Province, and moved to Hangzhou in his later years. Economist, graduated from East China Normal University.
