On May 28, the 2021 breeding and stocking activity of aquatic biological resources in Jilin Province and Longshi City was held in Hongqihe National Aquatic Germplasm Resources Conservation Area in Helong City.
The release activity was hosted by the Agricultural and Rural Bureau of Helong City, with the theme of "increasing aquatic biological resources and restoring the ecological environment of the waters". Participants released a total of 80,000 salmon of 4 to 5 centimeters from Mafang cannabis in the Hongqihe National Aquatic Germplasm Resources Conservation Area in Helong City.
According to reports, the stocking of fish fry was carefully cultivated from the original masu salmon seed farm in Hunchun Mijiang, Jilin Province, and the Salmon Germplasm Resources Conservation Area in Yanbian Prefecture, with good quality and specifications.
It is understood that since 2018, our state has released more than 6 million salmon and beachhead fish in a total of 3 years. It not only effectively increases the migratory fish resources of the Tumen River, but also improves the ecological environment of the migratory economic fish of the Tumen River, so that the aquatic biological resources of the Tumen River have been significantly restored.
