On December 15th, Chengdu Jintang "Jintang County Penny Town Xiaofang Planting Family Farm", "Jintang County Zhaojia Town Happy Family Farm" and "Jintang County Sanxi Town JinxiLin Family Farm" were rated by the Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs as the sixth batch of provincial demonstration farms in Sichuan Province.
Founded in 2015, Xiaofang Vegetable Planting Family Farm in Penny Town is a professional family farm integrating vegetable planting, seed sales, agricultural science and technology services, poultry and livestock breeding, contracting more than 260 mu of land and driving more than 100 farmers. The farm invested 3.5 million yuan to build a pig farm with an annual capacity of 2,200 heads, and greatly reduced the use of chemical fertilizers by using fully fermented organic fertilizers, so that the organic matter of the land is more abundant and has the ability to develop sustainably. Implement the operation mode of "base + farmer + market", in the production base, the implementation of vegetable seed supply, technical training, input purchase, to achieve vegetable production and supply, standardization, facility cultivation, product production and marketing one-stop service. Through the construction of centralized seedling centers and the implementation of the "three unified purchases" of seeds, pesticides and fertilizers, the production cost per mu has been reduced by more than 70 yuan year-on-year, and the average income per mu of farmers has increased by more than 400 yuan compared with the previous one.
Zhaojia Town Happy Family Farm was founded in 2014, the farm mainly uses the cycle farming mode of combining breeding and planting, effectively balancing the natural ecology to achieve sustainable development. Farmer Fan Huiqiong introduced the original ecological Jintang pure black goat, native chicken and "purple yam" in 2014, and in 2015, introduced the "old courtyard black chicken" and added the original ecological pig and "purple asparagus", effectively treating sheep manure, pig manure and chicken manure harmlessly, returning the irrigation facilities of the comprehensive pipe network to the field, planting special vegetables purple yam and purple asparagus, of which purple yam has obtained pollution-free certification. In 2017, the farm invested more than 980,000 yuan to build a modern and standardized pig farm, and in 2019, it expanded the scale of 3,400 adult pigs, driving more than 100 rural laborers and achieving an increase in industrial value of more than 5 million yuan.
Sanxi Town Jinxilin Family Farm is located in Changlin Village, Sanxi Town, the farm implements the combination of planting and breeding, recycling, with the "innovation, development, green, ecological" corporate culture and the integration of leisure, sightseeing, picking of modern urban near-effect tourism agricultural development business philosophy as the development direction. The farm has 2,000 square meters of standardized pig farms, 1,100 pigs, 2,200 pigs per year, 210 acres of supporting land and manure storage and treatment facilities and equipment, to ensure that manure is fully utilized, the farm has a grape sightseeing corridor of 2,000 meters, a leisure area of 1,000 square meters, a multi-work conference room of 200 square meters, an expert workstation of 50 square meters, and a quality testing room of agricultural products of 20 square meters. The farm has introduced 13 new varieties of high-quality grapes, the market time is from mid-June to the end of December, and the fresh fruit picking period is half a year, breaking the pattern of unstable prices in the short and concentrated marketing cycle of grapes. Now produce more than 600,000 pounds of high-quality grapes, the annual sales output value of more than 4 million yuan, driving the surrounding villagers to develop grape planting more than 1,000 acres, directly solving the local surplus labor force of more than 30 people, per capita annual income increase of more than 18,000 yuan.
