The "General Requirements for Solar Short-term Heat Storage and Air Source Heat Pump Joint Heating System" was drafted in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules for Standardization Documents", proposed by the China Rural Energy Industry Association and the General Station of Agricultural Ecology and Resource Protection of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, the Rural Energy Standardization Technical Committee of the Energy Industry (NEA/TC8), and the Solar Thermal Utilization Professional Committee of the China Rural Energy Industry Association was responsible for organizing the drafting. This document stipulates the overall requirements, design, construction, commissioning and acceptance, operation and maintenance and energy-saving monitoring of solar short-term heat storage and air source heat pump combined heating system (hereinafter referred to as the system). It is suitable for installing solar short-term heat storage and air source heat pump combined heating system in new, renovated and expanded public buildings and civil buildings. After the meeting, the main drafting unit will revise and improve the discussion draft according to the opinions and suggestions at the seminar.

Implement renewable energy substitution actions, vigorously develop wind, solar, biomass, marine, geothermal energy, etc., and continuously increase the proportion of non-fossil energy consumption。 Promote clean and low-carbon heating such as heat pumps, gas, biomass energy, and geothermal energy according to local conditions。 On October 26, the State Council issued the "Carbon Peak Action Plan before 2030", which pointed out that it is necessary to actively promote clean heating in cold and cold areas, and implement clean and low-carbon heating such as heat pumps, biomass energy, geothermal energy and solar energy according to local conditions. These policies provide huge room for the development of "solar +" heating.
At present, although there are already several standard specifications in the field of "solar +" heating, the standard application of the subdivision field is still missing. The compilation of "General Requirements for Solar Short-term Heat Storage and Air Source Heat Pump Joint Heating System" not only fills the gap in the field of "solar energy +" heating segmentation, deepens the solar short-term heat storage technology, improves the technical indicators of relevant solar heating, but also contributes to the in-depth sustainable development of "solar +" heating, and helps the realization of China's "double carbon target" of great significance!
