　　On October 29, the first plenary session of the 11th Henan Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China elected Lou Yangsheng as secretary of the provincial party committee, Wang Kai and Zhou Ji as deputy secretaries of the provincial party committee, and Sun Shougang, Chen Shun, Jiang Ling, Qu Xiaoli (female), Wang Zhanying, Fei Dongbin, Chen Xing, Wang Dongwei, An Wei, and Xu Yuanhong, who were also elected as members of the standing committee of the provincial party committee.
