While Cyberpunk 2077 won't be censored in countries like Australia, it looks like Japan is unlike other countries or will be censored for sexual and violent issues.

The news came from press start, which reported that the nude parts involved in the original version would be changed to underwear, and some of the content that was considered explicit was also modified. The game's too violent parts such as broken bones and blurred flesh and blood have also been modified. In addition, billboards and graffiti related to sexual organs that appear in the game will also be removed. CDPR officials also explained on Twitter.
The changes to sex and violence appear to be the difference between the Japanese version of Cyberpunk 2077 and the original, and in some cases, these details will be completely removed. Cyberpunk 2077 will land on PC, PS4, Xbox One, and Stadia on November 19, 2020.
