Interlocking operations have caused many people to lose the ability to distinguish. Tens of thousands, hundreds of thousands, or even millions of victims transferred to the accounts of fraud criminal gangs, and the years of savings were gone.
Recently, the reporter's investigation and interview learned that a large number of fraudsters have occupied fraud dens outside the southwest border to carry out telecommunications network fraud, and they have formed a huge black industrial chain including "gold lord - supervisor - backstage - agent - team leader - team member", and engaged in illegal and criminal activities such as "naked chat" extortion and "pig killing plate" telecommunications network fraud abroad.

The gang gave each person a mobile phone, and each mobile phone was arranged with three or four "pink numbers", and each number had been added to thirty or forty people. Recruited "employees" pretend to be female characters, "naked chat" by typing, voice chat and then sending videos, even if they officially start "business".
However, many people do not know what kind of "world" they are about to face before starting this "job", and Wen Mou is one of them.
A few years ago, Wen Mou, who was working outside, heard a friend introduce that there was a good project of picking tea leaves, and promised to make at least 10,000 yuan per month by eating and living, so he promised to try it together. But I didn't think about it, but this walk went abroad, and it was difficult to turn back...
In July 2020, According to the instructions of his friend, Wen set off from Xining, Qinghai, passing through Jinghong, Yunnan province, and arrived in Kunming after recuperation. The person who picked up the person drove a business car, pulled him and other companions into the mountains to change motorcycles, and finally arrived at an open space outside the country after several tosses.
Wen recalled that there were about seventy or eighty people around at that time, and during the accidental chat, he found that everyone had smuggled out of the country. But the "snake heads" around them all held knives in their hands, so no one dared to move. Wen followed the crowd to a building outside the southwest border.

"The building has about ten floors, and there are more than seventy people working in each room. About 80 percent of them are boys and 20 percent are girls, ranging in age from their teens to their forties. Wen said.
The reporter learned that the new team members first look at how others chat, and then the gang will send everyone a quick guide, which is what insiders call "talk book" for theoretical learning, followed by receiving a mobile phone, disguised as a female character and chatting with friends who have been added.
Day breaks, afternoon and evening work are their daily working hours. 13:00、15:00、18:00、21:00...... Through long-term communication, the perfect "female image" they have created has addicted the victims. Over time, the fraud criminal gang gradually lures the other party to "naked chat", so as to achieve the purpose of fraud.
Wen told reporters that the so-called "naked chat" is actually that they prepare non-personal indecent videos in advance to send to each other, and then use mobile phone failures or inconvenient videos such as at home to trick the victims into sending their indecent videos through chat software for retention.
After the victim is "hooked", the fraud criminal gang will "shoot", and "shooting" is to ask the other party to transfer money. The first shot is 3,000 yuan, the second shot is 5,000 yuan, the third shot is 10,000 yuan... Each "gun" will be determined according to the actual situation, there is no fixed amount requirement.
By the time the victim reacts to being blackmailed, it is too late.
"If we don't pay the money, we will claim to send the video to their relatives and friends, so many people will continue to agree to our requests for the sake of face, in fact, it is also for the sake of 'breaking the wealth and eliminating the disaster'." Wen said.

"Find pigs – raise pigs – feed pigs – kill pigs" are the four key steps in the "pig killing tray" telecommunications network fraud, and single or divorced women with economic foundations are the preferred targets of fraud criminal gangs.
Ma Mou, who originally worked in Shenzhen, met the boss of the telecommunications network fraud criminal gang by chance, and then the boss coaxed Ma to go to work at a game company in Yunnan to make money.
"At the time, I thought it was good to work for a game company." Therefore, Ma agreed to the boss's request. Planes, cars, boats... After many trips, I arrived at my destination only to find that I had left the border.
Ma Mou came to the fraud den, and also received a universal "talk book", which taught the team members how to greet and chat online.
"The first seven or eight days will let us understand the situation first, and then use the mobile phone to add three new people every day." Ma said that they will be packaged as "rich and handsome" successful people, through social software plus some single or divorced women who seem to have a certain economic foundation.

Through interviews with reporters, I learned that these fraud criminal gangs fully grasp the psychology of women. They will get up in the morning to take the initiative to send "good morning", pay more attention to their daily lives, and ask for relevant addresses to buy flowers and gifts for them to win their hearts.

During the implementation of fraud, Ma also co-opted and lured a number of relatives and friends to fraud dens outside the southwest border, and Li was one of them.
In April 2020, when Li was looking for "prey" in a video software, he added the contact information of a woman in her 30s, Ren, by sending a private message, and he lied that he was the head of a pharmaceutical company. For more than ten days, Li mou greeted Ren and gradually established a romantic relationship.
"She gets up, leaves work, and talks for a while at night before going to bed." Li told reporters that if the other party asks to meet offline, they will say that the recent work is busy and wait for this time to finish. If you ask for video, you will reject the video on the grounds that your phone's camera is broken.
In the "pig killing plate" telecommunications network fraud, "find pigs" and "raise pigs" are successfully completed, followed by "feeding pigs" and "killing pigs".
After the feelings are cultivated to a certain extent, the telecommunications network fraud criminal gang will use various means to directly or indirectly send the QR code of the investment platform link to the victim and guide the investment. At the beginning, let the victim invest between 500 and 1,000 yuan and let him earn 20%. After the victim has tasted the "sweetness", he will gradually increase the number of investments and can withdraw cash...
After the time was ripe, Li Mou " killed pigs" for various reasons such as "changing platform data" and "freezing the money needs to be unfrozen" according to the orders of the team leader and agent, and Ren was defrauded of 1.28 million yuan.

In recent years, the incidence of telecommunications network fraud cases has continued to be high, and a large number of fraudsters have been entrenched outside the southwest border to carry out fraud.
During this interview, the reporter learned that most of the telecommunications network fraud gangs are fellow villagers, friends and migrant workers, and one of them uses word of mouth to attract and lure fellow villagers, colleagues and friends to participate in fraudulent activities through word of mouth and other reasons such as high-paying work.
It is worth noting that those who smuggle people abroad do not live a "fairy" life. Telecom network fraud gangs have strict performance appraisals within themselves, and if they do not meet the standards, there will be different degrees of punishment.

On July 20, the Ministry of Public Security unified the public security organs across the country to carry out a centralized network collection operation on the "cut off" project, by cutting off the chain and cutting off the channel, digging up the "gold lord" and beating the "snake head", launching a fierce offensive against recruiting personnel to carry out telecommunications network fraud crimes abroad, and squeezing the living space of telecommunications network fraud crimes.
Liu Donghai, deputy chief of the Criminal Police Corps of the Qinghai Provincial Public Security Department, said in an interview that the "cut off the flow" special operation is a successful exploration by the public security organs to crack down on cross-border telecommunications network fraud, which has reduced the number of criminal suspects in Qinghai Province who have gone abroad to commit fraud from more than 400 to less than 100, and the results have begun to show.
It is understood that as of now, the public security organs throughout the country have smashed a total of 9,419 illegal outbound gangs of "more than 3 people", cracked 4,160 criminal cases, and arrested 33,860 criminal suspects, of which 931 were recruited by the organization, 913 were black and gray workers who transported recipients, 32,016 were illegally exported, 1,021 cases of wire fraud were colluded and cracked, 100 overseas wire fraud dens were dug up, and 82 were financial owners.
