1. On October 28, Juxian He overturned the table and notice sign at a certain epidemic duty station after drinking, and was punished by public security management according to law for picking quarrels and provoking troubles.
2. On October 28, Zhou Mou of Wulian County refused to implement the relevant regulations on epidemic prevention and control, rushed into the prevention and control bayonet to leave the community, and was punished by the public security administration according to law for refusing to implement the decisions and orders issued by the people's government during the state of emergency.
3. On October 29, Li Mou of Donggang District published false information about "Day Lighting HeavenLy Lockdown" in a WeChat group, and was punished by public security management according to law for fabricating facts to disturb public order.
4. On October 29, Gao of Wulian County refused to implement the relevant regulations on epidemic prevention and control, did not heed the dissuasion of the epidemic prevention personnel, forcibly passed through the prevention and control bayonet to leave the community, and was punished by the public security administration according to law for refusing to implement the decisions and orders issued by the people's government in the state of emergency.
Violation of the basis for epidemic prevention and control

Not cooperating with the government and staff in carrying out epidemiological investigations, follow-up visits, control and other epidemic prevention and control work, not actively declaring, deliberately concealing information on the condition and itinerary, and not strictly implementing epidemic prevention and control measures such as home isolation and centralized isolation for medical observation;
3 Fabricating false information about the epidemic, or knowingly spreading it knowingly is false information about the epidemic;
4. Those who arbitrarily beat, insult, or intimidate others, vent their emotions, seek excitement, act arbitrarily, or make trouble, forcibly take hard, arbitrarily damage, or occupy public or private property;
5 Obstructing epidemic prevention and control personnel from performing epidemic prevention and control measures in accordance with law by means of violence, threats, insults, insults, or insults;
6 Hoarding, inflating the prices of epidemic prevention and control protective equipment, medicines and other items involving people's livelihood, disrupting market order;
