Violent Neighborhood 13 is directed by Pierre Morey and directed by Cerrell Rafilli, David Berger. Bailey and others starred in a French action film and was released as a B-movie in 2004.
The film tells the story of a wall in Paris that separates the backward areas (the 13th arrondissement) from other regions, where there are no laws, no institutions, and controlled by triad groups, who are bold and do nothing wrong. A weapon with mass lethal power was stolen by the fiercest gangs in District Thirteen. Officer Damier's mission is to remove the explosive system of this weapon of mass destruction, for which he must cooperate with Reyto, who is the only one who knows the inside story of the gang, and Reyto is also tasked with rescuing his sister who has fallen into the hands of the gang. The plot is relatively simple, and the straight line plot is simple and rough and brainless.
The main attraction of the show is the parkour picture, which looks wonderful. And the two protagonists of this film, Reyto and Damier, are played by real parkour athletes. They are extreme athletes and real heroes, not imitated heroes. All the scene actions in the play are done by themselves without a stand-in. Those real action scenes are more and more attractive to audiences who are looking for new thrills of extreme senses, so they are recommended to everyone as an old film.
