The design scheme of the emblem of the 14th Games is like the traditional "Litian Yubi", which is carved from jade, which is a gift from ancient China to pay tribute to heaven, implying that the people of the whole country will treat the Olympic Games with the best spiritual outlook. The 14th Luck mascot is based on Shaanxi's unique "Four Treasures of Qinling Mountains" crested ibis, giant panda, antelope and golden snub-nosed monkey as the creative prototype.
The crested ibis, holding a torch in his hand, spreading his wings and running; the giant panda "bear", with open arms, enthusiastic and unrestrained; the antelope "antelope", strong and cute, striding forward; the golden snub-nosed monkey "golden gold".

The collection of emblems and mascots for the 14th Games is organized and implemented by the Xi'an Academy of Fine Arts. On May 18, 2018, the 14th Operations Preparatory Committee held a press conference for the collection of emblems and mascots in the North Square of Xi'an Big Wild Goose Pagoda, officially launching the collection of emblems and mascots. On August 1, 2018, the collection work was completed, and a total of 1012 emblem works and 256 mascots were received!

The emblem is composed of three aspects: the central part, the ring part, and the main color. The central parts are Pagoda Mountain, Yanhe Water and Five-Hole Cave Dwellings, which are the beacons of the Chinese Revolution. The ring-shaped part transforms the jade bi ornament into a humanoid figure in the three sports of athletics, ball and swimming, showing that the people of the whole country are united, united, working hard, and pursuing their dreams. The main colors are yellow, green, blue, purple and red, among them, yellow symbolizes the high sky of loess, green symbolizes ecological civilization, blue symbolizes modern science and technology, purple symbolizes cultural charm, and red symbolizes the holy land of revolution. I like to watch the opening ceremony of our China Games the most, every time it is epic, wonderful, every time it is a classic, hard work behind the scenes of those great organizers.
