Encourage the park to create special cultural spaces such as bookstores and small theaters
In recent years, Chaoyang District has cultivated new digital cultural consumption formats such as online audio-visual, online online live broadcasting, online game e-sports, and fashion trend play, created new scenes of immersive, interactive and intelligent cultural and entertainment consumption, and promoted the upgrading of new consumption formats.

In 2016, Chaoyang District established the country's first cultural enterprise credit promotion association, forming a closed loop of "credit rating, fast guarantee, guarantee and loan, discount interest discount". At present, the Association has set up credit workstations in 17 cultural industry parks in the region, launched more than 30 kinds of financial products such as "Cultural and Creative Inclusive Loan" and "Hummingbird Loan", and helped more than 1,400 cultural enterprises obtain loan financing of more than 20 billion yuan.
In 2018, the city's first offline cultural financial service center was built, forming a closed loop of equity financing services of "entrepreneurship incubation, venture capital, investment-loan linkage, listing cultivation, and policy support", and providing one-stop professional services such as policy consultation, project docking, and investment and financing cooperation for cultural enterprises.
In 2019, it built an online financial comprehensive service platform for small and medium-sized enterprises in Chaoyang District, set up the first district-level cultural industry development fund in Beijing, and invested in a number of cultural boutique projects to guide social capital to help the development of cultural industries. Chaoyang District has become a leading area for the innovative development of cultural finance in the capital.
