This is the heartfelt words of an anti-fraud policeman, and it is also the direction of his daily efforts - he is Li Jun, deputy captain of the electric investigation brigade of the Yuanyang County Public Security Bureau.

Li Jun, male, member of the Communist Party of China, 29 years old, from Shenqiu County, Henan Province. In June 2016, he joined the public security work and was assigned to the Luzhai Police Station of the Yuanyang County Public Security Bureau. In January 2017, he was transferred to the Criminal Police Brigade for his outstanding work performance. In 2019, he successfully solved a car rental fraud case, smashed 1 criminal gang, arrested 45 criminal suspects, and was awarded a personal commendation by the Xinxiang Municipal Public Security Bureau. In 2020, a series of moving-style theft cases were detected, 3 suspects were arrested, more than 50 cases were broken, and he was honored by the Xinxiang Municipal Public Security Bureau for personal third-class merit.

In March this year, Li Jun was transferred to the telecommunications investigation brigade, and by September, Li Jun had arrested 75 suspects of telecommunications fraud and destroyed about 5 criminal gangs. Among them, together with his comrades-in-arms, he successfully cracked the 4.14 Zhang Moumin fraud case, went to multiple provinces to arrest 10 criminal suspects, and recovered more than 200,000 yuan in economic losses for the masses. Because of his outstanding achievements, he was awarded the title of individual post pacesetter by the Yuanyang County Public Security Bureau twice in June and September this year, and was promoted and appointed as the deputy captain of the electric investigation brigade of the Yuanyang County Public Security Bureau in August.

After several months of painstaking efforts, a series of "moving" thefts was cracked

Since March 2018, there has been a high incidence of burglary in the three township jurisdictions of Qiaomen Township, Qijie Township and Taiping Township in Yuanyang County, especially in the eastern half of The Qiaomen Township, which is the "hardest hit area", and from mid-March to mid-April, the 110 command center has received 20 such police cases in the jurisdiction of Qiaomen. Most of the places where the crime occurred are idle, long-term uninhabited residents, and the methods of committing crimes are violent destruction of doors and windows, and "moving" theft is adopted.

Li Jun was designated as the backbone of cracking the case, and in the process of investigation, he encountered many difficulties: First, the place where the crime occurred was located in a township, and the suspect deliberately chose an area that could not be covered by video surveillance; second, the suspect chose to commit a crime late at night, with strong concealment and lack of witnesses; third, the suspect chose the target of doing business outside, working outside, and living in an uninhabited courtyard for a long time Fourth, the suspect has a strong anti-investigation ability, wears a mask and gloves when committing the crime, and does not even leave a cigarette butt at the scene.

Faced with one case after another without a clue, Li Jun was not discouraged, fully analyzed and judged the case facts, and then put forward the idea of joint investigation, and put the focus of the investigation on key personnel with previous convictions nearby.

Due to the many places where the crime occurred, and the criminals' cunning means of committing crimes and the strong sense of anti-investigation, there were very few useful clues extracted at the scene, which increased the difficulty of cracking the case. In order to solve the case as soon as possible, Li Jun copied the surveillance video near the scene before and after the crime and brought it back to the office to play frame by frame, often working until late at night. Finally, he was caught by a red-capped electric tricycle, a suspicious vehicle that had appeared several times at different stolen scenes but could not see the driver's characteristics.

Visited all the electric vehicle distribution offices in Qiaomen Township, Qijie Town, Taiping Town and the county seat, but in the end found nothing. After returning from a visit, Li Jun did not care to rest, took out a map of Yuanyang and a pencil, and analyzed it bit by bit according to the original experience of handling cases. With the circle drawn by the pencil, his eyes suddenly lit up: the outline of the crime scene found such a phenomenon, Qijie Township was stolen in many places, but the range of Qijie Township North Street Village was safe. And the suspicious electric tricycle is going in the same direction from a different direction each time - Qijie Town North Street Village. Rabbits do not eat nest grass, will this Qijie Township North Street Village be the hiding place for criminals?

With a sudden sense of enlightenment, Li Jun boldly proposed to investigate the personnel with previous theft records in the three townships where the crime occurred, especially focusing on the investigation of the former theft personnel in the North Street Village of Qijie Township. Because the criminals' methods of crime are mysterious, often wearing gloves to commit crimes, the crime scene did not leave any valuable clues, and every time they left the scene, they consciously evaded the shooting of monitoring facilities, and it is very likely that they were committed by people who have been hit many times.

Soon, there was a breakthrough in the verification of the police along the way, when they checked all the former criminals of theft in Qiaomen Township, Qijie Town, and Taiping Town, they found that the brothers surnamed Shen, who had recently behaved suspiciously in the village of Beijie Village, Qijie Township, and the two were unemployed, but they spent a lot of money, and often changed their means of transportation. The police further retrieved the surveillance video of the comprehensive management of Qijie Township, and secretly set up a monitoring probe near the Shen family to closely observe the whereabouts of the Shen brothers, and finally made a major discovery - the Shen brothers have recently had close contacts with outsiders surnamed Yisi, the three people lie out day and night, and often replace different electric tricycles when traveling, thus determining that the three people are suspected of major crimes. After secretly tracking and investigating the three suspects, they found out their pirate sales networks and the personnel involved in the case, and waited for the opportunity to arrest them.
