On October 22, the Yantai Municipal Party Committee Party History Research Institute (Yantai Municipal Local History Research Institute) and the Zhifu District Party History Research Center held the unveiling ceremony of "Yantai City Party History and National History Education Base" in Tonglin 1978 Cultural education park.
At the scene of the event, Zhou Hong, vice president of the Party History Research Institute of the Municipal Party Committee, and Wang Xiaoli, general manager of the Tonglin 1978 Cultural and Education Park, jointly inaugurated the "Yantai City Party History and National History Propaganda and Education Base", and the Party History Research Institute of the Municipal Party Committee and the Party History Research Center of the Zhifu District Party Committee presented to the park more than 100 red books on party history such as "Yantai Reform and Opening Record", "Yantai City Chronicle", "Yantai Party History Today", "Zhifu Beacon Fire", "Weiwei Monument" and so on. At the ceremony, Zhou Hong and Wang Xiaoli made speeches respectively. Before the unveiling ceremony, representatives of all parties participating in the event visited the park together.
In the next step, the Yantai Municipal Party Committee Party History Research Institute will join hands with the Zhifu District Party History Research Center to give full play to the role of the base and do a good job in party history and national history education.
