In order to further stimulate the enthusiasm of citizens in the jurisdiction to participate in garbage classification, Hulan District explored the use of garbage classification "city garden" mini programs to carry out garbage classification and environmental protection bean exchange gift activities, establish environmental protection points files for residents in the jurisdiction according to "households", and realize the accurate management of "one household, one code, one person and one file".
According to the relevant person in charge of the Hulan Chengguan Law Enforcement Bureau, as long as the residents of the jurisdiction install the "City Garden" mini program and then register according to the prompts, they can realize the establishment of points files in the unit of "household". Residents can learn garbage classification knowledge through this small program, intelligently identify the type of garbage, at the same time, residents can correctly classify the source of domestic garbage at home, and after taking photos and uploading, they will get a certain amount of environmental protection beans to redeem the corresponding rewards. After the accumulation of environmental protection beans to a certain extent, there can be daily necessities such as dishwashing liquid, garbage cans, and four sets of knives, and different street offices will provide different redemption prizes.
In order to better ensure that residents' domestic garbage is accurately classified at home and accurately delivered at home, the Hulan District Urban Management Office, together with street communities and various departments (units), organizes the majority of party members and cadres to use the method of transmission, help and belt, actively registers and uses the "city garden", gives play to the exemplary and leading role of party members, so that more and more ordinary residents also actively participate in garbage classification, and effectively improves the level of garbage classification management and public participation in the jurisdiction.
Up to now, nearly 1,000 people from 26 government agencies and units in Hulan District have participated in the source classification of domestic waste. Through the registration and leading participation of party members, cadres and staff of various organs, enterprises and institutions, the enthusiasm of residents in the jurisdiction to participate in garbage classification has been effectively enhanced, the accuracy of garbage classification has also been improved, and a good atmosphere for the whole people to participate in domestic garbage classification has been created.
