Li Ming, a member of the Communist Party of China, transferred to work in 2018 and is now working as the deputy leader of the second class of the silk making department of Luohe Cigarette Factory of Henan China Tobacco Industry Co., Ltd. He has successively won the titles of "Advanced Worker", "Factory Pacesetter" and "Top Ten Star Party Members" of Luohe Cigarette Factory.
