This semester, primary and secondary school students in Luohe City will eat at noon in the first month. How students eat and what the quality of meals is, on September 14, the reporter came to Luohe Experimental Primary School to visit.
At 11:30 a.m., the lunch delivery truck entered the campus, and the staff had silently delivered lunch to the doors of each class amid the sound of students reading aloud.
At the end of the fourth class in the morning, the teacher organized the students to wash their hands, the teachers in the lower grades distributed the lunch to each child's seat, and the senior students were responsible for the distribution by the group leader, and each class was neat and orderly.
Before eating, each class also carried out pre-dinner cultural education, did not speak when eating, saved food during meals, and maintained desktop hygiene. During the meal, the teacher accompanied the child to eat together, and the reporter saw that the staple food at noon lunch was rice, with ribs, chicken meatballs, tofu two meat and one vegetarian, and a bowl of egg soup. It is understood that the catering company provided for the municipal experimental primary school has a special central kitchen distribution facility to ensure safety and health, while the professional team of nutritionists will set up recipes according to the age and physique of the students, and provide two meats, one vegetarian and one staple food and one soup every day according to the needs of the school.
During the lunch, Principal Zhang Jiechun and team members went to each class to check the feeding situation and carefully inquired about the children's meals. Collect relevant data in a timely manner, and do not waste food under the premise of ensuring that students are full and well fed. The school also communicates with the catering company to grasp the catering work in a down-to-earth and detailed manner in order to promote the orderliness and safety of centralized meals on campus. The school will also leave samples for lunch provided by the catering company for 48 hours a day to escort the health of students.
The children are well fed and greet the new semester with a more energetic state. May the children grow up happily and healthily. (Fan Bin, Hu Bing, Li Nana)
