In July 741, Zuo killed Quetler and killed Dengli Khan, re-establishing the son of the first khan (Vijaya Khan) as the new khan.

In August 744, when Usumish Khan was killed by the Paksimi tribe and succeeded by his younger brother Pak Mei Khan, Hui and Ge Lulu jointly defeated the Tsimi tribe and killed the leader of the Bashimi tribe, Jiechuishi Khan, and killed him.

In the last year of Emperor Gaozong of Tang (i.e., in 682 AD), the Turks once again established the Turkic Khaganate (historically known as the Later Turkic Khaganate), and finally in 745 AD, the Later Turkic Khaganate was destroyed by the newly rising Uighur Khaganate in the north, and the Turks completely disappeared from the stage of Chinese history.
