This book is based on the "Record of Famous Doctors" and the handwritten "Biography of Famous Doctors" by friend Yang Shi, and is compiled by miscellaneous theories of various histories.
<h1>About the Author</h1>
Zhou Shouzhong was a native of Qiantang (present-day Hangzhou, Zhejiang) in the Southern Song Dynasty. A shouzhong, the character Rong'an (一作松庵). The extensive group of books, which has collected the medical affairs of the previous generation of doctors, compiled into 200 rhyming sentences, containing 202 characters, and compiled the book "Famous Doctors of Past Dynasties" (1220), which is an important material for the history of ancient medicine. He also wrote twenty-two volumes of "The Most Precious Treasure of Health Care of the Families of The Class" (or "Health Care Class"), and two volumes of the "Monthly Catalogue of Health Maintenance". There are still "Health Miscellaneous" and "Health Extension Book", which can only be found in the bibliography.

The content of this book is from the Three Emperors to the Song Dynasty, and contains a total of 100 rhymes such as "Guo Yu Diagnoses The Hand Of The Heart" and "Chun Yu Yang Chang Sang Zhi Que", counting more than 200 medical affairs, and including 200 doctors and doctors. A total of sixty-one kinds of literature were used, including twenty-nine articles of the Records of Famous Doctors, fourteen articles of the Records of History, ten articles of Yi Jianzhi, nine articles of the Book of Tang, seven articles of the Biography of the Immortals, six articles each of the Biography of the Immortals, and the Tale of the Emperors, five articles each of the Yutang Gossip, the Book of Qi, and the Book of Song, the Great Biography of Famous Doctors, the Record of the Gods, the Northern History, the Northern Dream Trivia, and the Book of Northern Qi, the Book of Jin Zhongxing, the Book of Later Han, the Supplement to the History of the State, and the Qianjin Essentials, the Book of Han, the Century of Emperors, and the Book of Kings. There are two articles each for eleven kinds of literature such as Taiping Guangji, Liezi, Tan Xue, Tan Binlu, Wei Zhi, and Zhongjingfang, and one article each for twenty-three kinds of literature, such as Zuo Zhuan, Corpse Zi, He Shou Wu Zhuan, Xu Xian Zhuan, and Continued Search for God. This book is a wide range of works with different themes, including the huge works of famous medical masters, macro theories of stunts, there are widely circulated medical forest stories, there are apricot forest legends such as Shennong tasting hundred herbs, Fuxi making nine needles, and pot public medicine; it also contains cases such as Zhang Miao steaming peach leaves to take sweat, Xu Yinzong burning soup to cure Empress Liu's feeling of wind evidence, etc.; there are diagnostic techniques such as doctors and discernment, slow knowledge of anointing, Gao Yu on pulse, showing pregnant men, and Zhou Guangguan color; there are Liang Xin ginger juice, Zhao E's pear pulp, Tai Cheng Half Summer, Hanlin orange peel, Sun Ling vinegar mud and other cases; there are also medicinal therapies such as Cao Ze Doctor's pen head dipping medicine. Silversmith laxatives under the golden ring, throat fishing hook and other folk doctors' treatment skills. On acupuncture, such as "An Chang Needle" and "Minghe Thorn Blood"; on health care, there are "Feng Gang immortality can prolong life"; talk about noble medical ethics, such as "Junyi planted apricots".

<h1>Impact evaluation</h1>
As a documentary work, this book is not rigorous enough. However, the whole text is full of rhymes, interesting, widely collected and extensive, rich in historical materials, and is still a good reference book for understanding the medical activities before the Song Dynasty.
