Do practical things and start a new situation
During the period of education and rectification of the second batch of contingents of courts throughout the province, and with the support of the Working Committee for Candidates of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress, the Provincial Higher People's Court organized the provincial courts to carry out cross-regional cross-inspection of the people's courts by the deputies of the provincial people's congresses to "do practical things and open up new bureaus", to display the results of the education and rectification of the contingents, to listen to the opinions and suggestions of the provincial people's congress deputies and the masses on strengthening and improving the work of the courts, and to promote the education and rectification of the contingents in a deep and down-to-earth manner.
Cross-regional inspection of Anqing line
From October 24 to 25, the delegation of people's congresses stationed in Xuancheng City went to Anqing to carry out research and inspection activities. Liu Bao, member of the party leading group of the Provincial Higher People's Court and head of the discipline inspection and supervision group of the Provincial Discipline Inspection Commission supervision commission stationed in the provincial high court; Yang Yefeng, secretary of the party leading group and director of the Xuancheng City People's Congress Standing Committee; Cheng Zhixiang, deputy director of the Standing Committee of the Anqing Municipal People's Congress; and Liu Yijun, deputy secretary of the party leading group and vice president of the Anqing Intermediate People's Court, accompanied the inspection.
The deputies successively inspected the Taihu County Court and the Anqing Intermediate Court, inspected the Anqing City Road Traffic Accident Handling Comprehensive Service Center, the Anqing Court Intensive Service Center for Documents, and the Anqing Intermediate Court Litigation Service Center, and learned in detail about modern litigation services, bankruptcy trials, the construction of a one-stop diversified dispute resolution mechanism, and enforcement work.
At the forum, the provincial high court gave a briefing on the main work of the provincial courts since the beginning of this year, and the Anqing Intermediate Court reported on the trial enforcement work of the courts at the two levels in Anqing. The deputies fully affirmed the achievements made by the Anqing court in serving high-quality development, working hard and quickly, and doing practical things for the masses, and put forward opinions and suggestions in light of what they saw, heard, and felt during their inspections. At the same time, the Anqing Intermediate People's Court also specially invited three mass representatives to participate in the forum.
Liu Bao thanked the deputies for their long-term affirmation, concern and encouragement for the work of the Court. He said: The high hopes placed on the work of the Court by the deputies are the driving force for us to continuously improve our work and keep moving forward. The suggestions put forward by everyone involve many aspects such as judicial service for the people, team building, case handling enforcement, judicial reform, etc., which are in-depth and targeted, and the courts in the province will take this cross-regional cross-inspection as an opportunity to conscientiously summarize and report on the opinions and suggestions put forward by the deputies, and formulate a plan to carry out work. I hope that all delegates will continue to pay attention to the Anhui court, which will muster up all its energy to contribute to the promotion of high-quality economic and social development.

Xun Minglong, deputy to the Provincial People's Congress: This inspection made me feel the progress of judicial work and the thoughtfulness of judicial services. The Anqing court practices the purpose of justice for the people, extends and expands judicial services in the direction of convenience for the people, gives full play to the advantages of information technology, and improves case handling efficiency.
Fang Li, deputy to the Provincial People's Congress: During this inspection, I felt the spirit of the Anqing court's responsibility and pioneering and innovative. One-stop litigation service, this way of resource integration really achieves the urgency of the masses and thinks of what the masses think.
Sun Jianhua, deputy to the Provincial People's Congress: Under the condition that the business does not stop and the employees do not disperse, the Anqing court successfully completed the bankruptcy reorganization case of the Taihu Lake 5,000-year-old Cultural Expo Park, which is a vivid practice of the court to escort the economic development with practical actions.
