At present, Anji has driven the rapid development of the "White Leaf No. 1" tea industry in various places, and the employment income of poor people in tea mountains alone has reached more than 15 million yuan in the past three years. In the spring of this year, the tea for poverty alleviation was successively mined, and the benefits of the donated tea seedlings appeared to the farmers.
It is reported that the "Baiye No. 1" Rural Revitalization Party Building Alliance is a development alliance with the goal of rural revitalization and common prosperity initiated by Anji County on the basis of the "Baiye No. 1" pairing and support work, and jointly established by other "three provinces and five counties" to achieve rural revitalization and common prosperity. The alliance mainly gathers regional production capacity, promotes complementary advantages, promotes resource sharing, talent co-education, and industrial co-prosperity through branch pairing and co-construction, industrial development alliance, agricultural product cooperatives, special development funds, etc., and explores the formation of new paths and mechanisms for party building to lead rural revitalization and common prosperity.
At the inauguration ceremony, Anji Huangdu Village and Guzhang Weng Cao Village, Pu'an Tun Shang Village, Yanhe Zhiqiang Village, Leishan Gaoyan Village, Qingchuan Qingping Village paired up and built together, in the future the village party organizations will further strengthen exchanges, in-depth cooperation in party building leadership, industrial development and other aspects of in-depth cooperation, common progress. After the establishment of the alliance, Anji will actively coordinate agriculture-related experts to provide technical advice and information services to the remaining counties. Counties will also actively learn from the development experience of Anji white tea regional brands to further enhance brand awareness such as Pu'an black tea, Leishan silver ball tea, and Qingchuan Qifogong tea. Gaoyan Village, Leishan County, which has planted 600 acres of "White Leaf No. 1" tea garden, is now busy introducing relevant subsidy policies to let party members take the lead and further drive the masses to spontaneously plant tea. Yang Wuchang, secretary of the party branch of Gaoyan Village, said: "Under the guidance of the alliance, we have adopted the form of 'enterprise + cooperative + farmer + base' to carry out industrial development and lead the people to explore new ways to get rich." ”
