On October 28, Chen Yiqin, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Director of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress, and Li Bingjun, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Governor of the Province, met with Zeng Yuqun, Chairman of NINGDE Times New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., and his party in Guiyang, and jointly attended the signing ceremony of the strategic cooperation agreement between the two sides. Chen Yiqin said that the in-depth cooperation between Guizhou and Ningde era meets the requirements of high-quality development, and is an active exploration and beneficial practice of building a green and low-carbon circular development industrial system around the goal of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality. It is hoped that the two sides will take the signing of the strategic cooperation agreement as a new starting point to promote the early implementation of cooperation matters. Guizhou will make every effort to create a first-class business environment, do a good job in organizational leadership, resource elements, supporting services and other guarantees, so that the Ningde era in Guizhou investment is at ease, entrepreneurship is comfortable, and development is smooth.
Zeng Yuqun thanked Guizhou for its strong support for the Ningde era, and briefly introduced the innovative development of the Ningde era. He said that Guizhou's resource endowments and industrial base are highly compatible with the technological advantages and manufacturing advantages of the Ningde era. The Ningde era will deeply cultivate Guizhou, seize the huge industrial opportunities brought by carbon peaking and carbon neutrality, go all out to make the new energy industry bigger and stronger, and contribute to the high-quality development of Guizhou.
