Never give up: wait for eight years to "spring"
On the evening of May 23, 2012, an extremely harsh brake sound and a fierce impact affected the life of primary school teacher Lui. At the age of 56, she was hit by a young boy Li Mou driving to the ground, with multiple injuries to her head and eyes, and her left eye vision was greatly affected.
After the court trial, Li was ordered to compensate Teacher Lu for tens of thousands of yuan in medical expenses and other economic losses. However, after the court's judgment, Li "evaporated in the world". Teacher Lu wanted to cry without tears, so he found Zhao Xin, the judge who executed the case. Zhao Xin told her realistically that after many investigations, Li had disappeared without a trace and did not have any enforceable property, so the court had included him in the blacklist of dishonest executors.
Teacher Lu knew that her case had encountered difficulties in enforcement. In this regard, she did not blame the court and Zhao Xin, but chose to find Zhao Xin on the weekly execution reception day, and only asked one sentence: "Judge Zhao, does the state have any new policies to solve the 'difficulty of enforcement'?" ”
When the reporter asked why Teacher Lu did this, Teacher Lu smiled and said:
"I can't let the courts and judges pay for the actions of dishonest executors!"
Teacher Lu told reporters that what moved her most was that for eight years, Zhao Xin had never given up the case and had been worried about her - he never perfunctory, never slackened, and often took the initiative to call her to communicate and inform her of the progress of the investigation.
"I really met a good judge! I didn't expect that even if his case was only 70,000 or 80,000 yuan, he would be so serious and responsible! Speaking of this, Teacher Lu burst into tears.

Under the unremitting efforts of Zhao Xin, Li's attitude has slowly changed: he actively fulfills his repayment obligations every month. Until now, Li has repaid more than half of the compensation.

The main battlefield of the trial judge is the courtroom, and the main battlefield of the enforcement judge is the execution scene.

In a case involving the dredging and withdrawal of the construction project of Daxing International Airport, a person named Wang Mou threatened the enforcement judges: "Whoever of you dares to stand in my way will want the life of whom!" He even immediately hit the wall, and when his head broke and the blood flowed, he threatened viciously: "I dare to put some blood on myself, I dare to put some blood on you!" Who of you would dare to come over? ”
In the face of threats, Zhao Xin thought of his newborn daughter, and although there was a faint uneasiness and worry in his heart, he did not flinch. This Wang Mou was very cunning, and seeing that the threat was fruitless, he and another companion immediately disappeared without a trace.
After in-depth investigation, Zhao Xin finally found the traces of Wang and Wang, and adjusted the implementation plan in time with rich execution experience. "We squatted for many days and found out their living habits and activities." Zhao Xin was full of confidence.
Everything is ready, only the east wind is owed. But on the day of execution, a dramatic scene appeared - Wang and Wang suddenly chose a new route they had never taken before, and quickly disappeared from view. This makes everyone very disappointed.
However, just as the execution team was about to suspend the execution and drive to the next execution location, Zhao Xin suddenly found two familiar figures.

Zhao Xin immediately drove into an alley, reported to the executive headquarters and requested support. But the cunning executor immediately sensed something, looked around, and then tried to escape. Zhao Xin immediately decided to say to his companions, "The two of them, I control Wang, and you two control the other." Never let them run away! ”
Say it's late, it's fast. As soon as the car door opened, the three of them immediately rushed out of the car. After chasing, Zhao Xin fell down alone, and two police officers also successfully pushed another person to the ground.
In the face of reporters, Zhao Xin said: "It is common to face dangers and stand up for the execution of work, who does not have a wife and children in their hearts, who does not want to live a stable and comfortable life?" However, to do this is to administer justice for the people and enforce it for the people, so how can we be afraid? We have a strong country and law behind us, and I want to fight to the end with those who refuse to implement effective judgments! ”
But since then, Zhao Xin has also had an extra eye: as long as there is a threat and intimidation situation in the case executed by the team members, Zhao Xin will take the initiative to take over the case and use his own actions to protect the team partner.
Never slacken off: "Wear this uniform, you must have feelings and be tolerant"
Speaking of the most impressive case in recent times, Zhao Xin told reporters about a large-scale evacuation case involving more than 10 households that was executed at the beginning of this year.
In the process of enforcement, more than 10 households subject to enforcement repeatedly stressed that their houses had been renovated, and the applicant had promised to compensate for the decoration, but the two sides could not reach an agreement. After the enforcement judges tried their best but failed to coordinate, they could only persuade the person subject to enforcement to sue separately on the issue of renovation costs.
However, more than 10 households subject to enforcement insisted on not suing, and repeatedly pestered the court and Zhao Xin's team, insulted and even ganged up to make trouble and block the door. The cadres and policemen in the team were a little angry: "Obviously there is a legal road, and they not only don't go, but they also make unreasonable trouble."
Faced with the frustration of the team members, Zhao Xin relayed the original words of one of the executors: "We really can't do anything. If we don't look for you, who else can we find? Solve this case, you can try more than 10 cases! Help us. Zhao Xin encouraged the team: "Ability is exercised in grievances."
After suppressing the resentment and grievances in his heart, Zhao Xin and the team reinvigorated and finally successfully closed the big case.
In Zhao Xin's view, execution is a unique art. Difficult cases are a test and cultivation of one's own party spirit and character. While possessing excellent and professional case-handling ability, every enforcement judge should have feelings for the people.
"Let the applicant trust in the law, let the person subject to enforcement believe in the law, let the whole society believe in the rule of law, this is the belief of every enforcement judge."
