Next Phase Objective (Next Monday):

3 km/ 6' or less. --The goal has been achieved and will continue to be maintained.

80 squats. --70 today, 10 more than yesterday, it feels acceptable to the body. Keep up the good work, the long-term goal is 100 at a time.

100 hops. --This jump is actually very easy after a few jumps, and can be used as a warm-up exercise before running.

Summary for today:

The scheduled target was 3.5 km, the actual run was 4 km, and the pace was also a little faster than the predetermined target. According to today's state, you can continue to run, but don't rush first, let the body slowly adapt.
