Zhou Jiewen, a native of Peixian County, Jiangsu Province, once did art work in a certain part of the Beijing Armored Corps, and later entered the Cadre Training Class of the Central Academy of Fine Arts to study painting, grew up in Chinese and flower and bird paintings, held painting exhibitions in Xuzhou, Huaiyin, Nanjing, Xi'an and other cities, and participated in the National Landscape Painting Invitation Exhibition in 1991.
