More than 300 people attended the opening ceremony, including leaders of relevant departments of the autonomous region and Nanning City, chess celebrities, business elites, celebrities, media reporters, representatives from the Chengwei Lian club, and chess fans from all over the country.

According to reports, Qingxiu District is the most complete urban area with economic, social and urban functions in Guangxi, not only an ecological livable city, a fashionable and prosperous capital, and a paradise for food, but also a fertile land for industrial development and a hot land for investment and industry. The Qingxiu Station of the Chengwei League is highly in line with the concept of "Qingxiu Creative Life +" of the Creative Life Festival, an important part of the Qingxiu District Creative Life Festival, and a beautiful encounter between the Innovative Creative City and the large-scale event. Qingxiu District took this event as an opportunity to further increase its support for Go sports and sports industry, and actively applied for the "National Go Hometown", so that the eyes of the majority of Go lovers focused on Go competition, focus on creative Qingxiu, and create a new cultural and sports business card of Qingxiu District.
The 2021 Nanning Qingxiu Station Competition of the Chengwei League is one of the high-level events held in Nanning City and Qingxiu District in 2021, and this year has become one of the important activities of the Qingxiu District Creative Life Festival for the first time this year. By enriching the content and connotation of the event activities, Qingxiu Station promotes the organic combination of Go culture and the urban culture of Qingxiu District, displays the urban image of Nanning Qingxiu District, creates a new urban cultural business card of Qingxiu District, and enhances the urban popularity and influence of Qingxiu District.
At the opening ceremony of the Qingxiu District Creative Life Festival, Nie Weiping, the "Chess Saint", and Zeng Pengxin, the mayor of Qingxiu District, exchanged souvenirs. The arrival of Nie Weiping and many other Go stars such as world champions Ma Xiaochun, Liu Xiaoguang, Yu Bin and so on has further enhanced the atmosphere of Go in Qingxiu District, helped Qingxiu District create a "National Go Hometown", and contributed to the construction of Guangxi's strong sports district and the promotion of national fitness sports.
On October 29 and 30, the third and fourth competitions of the Inner Division of the Chengwei League were played by 18 teams and more than 200 professional and amateur chess players. It is worth paying attention to whether professional chess players such as Ma Xiaochun Jiudan, Hu Yaoyu Eight Duan, Peng Quan Seven Dan, Hu Yuqing 8 Dan, Ma Tianfang 7 Dan, Wang Chen 7 Duan, Cao Ruxu 7 Dan and female chess player Li Niannian, who won the gold medal for Guangxi at the 14th National Games, can maintain a winning streak.
The first stage of the city siege league was held in Nanning International Convention and Exhibition Center on October 30-31, and 933 participants were divided into 5-year-old group, 6-year-old group, 7-year-old group, 8-year-old group and fixed-segment group, and the champions of each group were determined through seven rounds of points arrangement competition. The second stage will be held on November 6-7 in Nanning South China City Hall 4, will be held in seven rounds of points arrangement competition, 1123 players will participate in the 1-dan group, 2-dan group, 3-dan group, 4-dan group, 5-dan group competition.
