On October 12, Wang Shourui, secretary of the Bao'an District Party Committee, led a team to Shenzhen Customs for investigation and investigation, and exchanged views with Chen Xiaoying, director of Shenzhen Customs. The two sides agreed to continuously expand the connotation of the linkage between the customs and the land, work together to promote the construction of the airport comprehensive bonded zone and the Baoan International Chuangxin Port, and promote the high-quality development of Bao'an.
At the symposium, the two sides exchanged the gratifying progress made in relevant work since Baoan and Shenzhen Customs signed the "Framework Agreement on Supporting the Development of New Industries, New Formats and New Models" on May 21 last year. It is understood that since the signing of the agreement, Baoan and Shenzhen Customs have cooperated in depth in 11 aspects to promote the declaration of Bao'an Airport Comprehensive Bonded Zone to make substantial progress, the Shenzhen World Convention and Exhibition Center has achieved one-stop cross-border customs clearance of "airport + bonded + exhibition", the airport bonded logistics center cross-border e-commerce online shopping bonded import business has been officially operated, and Baoan has been identified as "Shenzhen comprehensively promotes the processing trade supervision model of enterprise groups • explores the implementation of high-end manufacturing industry chain bonded pilot area".
At the forum, Chen Xiaoying pointed out that the cooperation between Shenzhen Customs and Bao'an has a long history and is fruitful. During the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, multiple national strategies were superimposed in Shenzhen, and the "expansion of Qianhai" made Bao'an a national strategic main battlefield, an important pole in the construction of "twin cities and three circles", which will surely break out of new worlds and show new deeds. It is hoped that Baoan will explore the high-level open layout of "one axis, two wings and three new" composed of the development axial belt along the Qianhai "expansion zone", the airport and the seaport, and the new industry, new formats and new models, continue to enhance the vitality of the real economy, and fully release the multiplier effect of the "expansion zone" in Qianhai. Shenzhen Customs will continue to do its best to support Baoan's high-quality development, work with Baoan to serve Qianhai and Hong Kong and Macao, take the lead in optimizing the business environment and guiding enterprises to operate in compliance, accelerate the construction of the Airport Comprehensive Bonded Zone and Bao'an International Chuangxin Port, and build a steel defense line to prevent the import of overseas epidemics.
During the discussion, Wang Shourui introduced the overall ideas and development goals of the Seventh Party Congress of Bao'an District on the work in the next five years. He pointed out that for a long time, Shenzhen Customs has planned and promoted work with a high political position and political thinking, insisted on thinking about problems from a local perspective, and provided intimate services for enterprises, reflecting a strong sense of grassroots feelings and service. Shenzhen Customs is a good comrade-in-arms and partner for the development of Bao'an's cause, supporting Bao'an to implement the "Qianhai Plan" to empower high-quality development, accelerate the creation of an important node linking internal and external circulation, and promote the comprehensive optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure. In the future, I hope that Shenzhen Customs will continue to care about the development of Baoan and help Baoan overcome difficulties. Baoan will adhere to the "customs needs, Baoan can", and go all out to support the work of Shenzhen customs.
