At present, the medical insurance reimbursement qualification of the relevant village clinics has been suspended.
According to media reports, recently, Laihe Town, Hezedan County, Shandong Province, was exposed to a large number of villagers' urban and rural residents' medical insurance accounts, and inexplicably appeared many "stroke" settlement records, including 5-year-old children, villagers who have passed away, and villagers who have been working abroad for many years. Some villagers said, "Almost every family has it, and our village should be renamed 'Brain Stroke Village'." According to the preliminary investigation of the relevant departments of Shan County, there are problems with more than 37,000 medical insurance settlement records of more than 2,000 villagers in Cuikou Village, Laihe Town.
The circular said that after paying attention to the relevant situation exposed by the media, the Shan County CPC Committee and the county government quickly set up a joint investigation team composed of the County Discipline Inspection Commission Supervision Commission, the Public Security Bureau, the Health and Health Bureau, the Medical Insurance Bureau, and other departments to investigate and verify the problems reflected one by one, investigate and seriously deal with problems such as violations of discipline and rules, and resolutely crack down on suspected criminal offenses according to law and never tolerate them.
After investigation and verification, the erroneous information registered in the medical settlement system of the village-level clinic for the names of the diseases of the masses has been corrected, and explanations have been given to the masses. According to the preliminary investigation results, the county health bureau made a decision to deal with the "temporary withholding of the rural doctor's practice certificate" for the parties, and the shan county medical insurance bureau instructed the township health center to suspend the medical insurance reimbursement qualification of the relevant village clinic in Laihe Town. The joint investigation team will further seriously deal with the relevant institutions and personnel that caused the erroneous information in accordance with discipline and laws and regulations.
In view of the problem that the village doctor is suspected of stealing the outpatient pooling fund of the resident medical insurance, the public security organs have summoned them in accordance with the law and carried out investigation and evidence collection.
