However, the small number of group discipline inspection cadres and the shortage of case-handling personnel have also brought obstacles to the verification of cases.

Faced with such a difficult case with tight time, heavy tasks, and many difficulties, the secretary of the Group Discipline Inspection Committee and Wang Jingjing set up a review and investigation team. At first, during the interrogation and conversation stage, the respondent showed great resistance, was very emotional, and was unwilling to take the initiative to cooperate with the investigation.

"Although we are case-handling personnel, we must stand in the active position when talking, but we must not be high and aggressive, we must think in a different position, find the crux of the people's thinking, change 'confrontation' into 'communication', impress the other party, and make the other party know that it is wrong and be convinced." Wang Jingjing said. In view of the non-cooperation of the respondents, the investigation team decided to start from the hardships of his career and slowly talk about his personal growth, family responsibilities, and then to the trust of colleagues, organizational expectations, and the original intention of party members. Gradually, the person under investigation opened his heart and took the initiative to cooperate with the investigation, and the case made great progress. Re-combing clues, comparing evidence one by one, making work plans... Subsequently, the investigation team raced against time to break through the case. Soon, the investigation of the case was successfully concluded.

In Wang Jingjing's view, discipline inspection personnel must not only adhere to principles and be selfless, but also adhere to the principle of handling cases in a civilized manner, respect the people under investigation, let them open their hearts, and make them clear to the organization about the problem.
