On the same day, WanXiang Denong held a board meeting to elect Liu Zhigang as a non-independent director candidate for the ninth board of directors, and if the subsequent shareholders' meeting deliberates and approves, Liu Zhigang's term of office will be from the date of deliberation and approval of the shareholders' meeting to the date of expiration of the ninth board of directors.

According to the announcement, Liu Zhigang, male, born in October 1972, from Wuhan, Hubei Province, is a member of the Communist Party of China and has a bachelor's degree. In July 1994, he entered Wanxiang and successively worked in the President's Office of Wanxiang Group, successively serving as the assistant director of the office of Dading Electromechanical Co., Ltd., the assistant manager of the Technology Development Department of Qianchao Drive Shaft, and the assistant manager of the Engineering Department of Wanxiang Qianchao Development. He is currently the general manager of the investment and mission department of Wanxiang Sannong Group Co., Ltd., the general manager of the human resources department of Wanxiang Group Company, the executive director of Luoyang Wansong Potassium Industry Co., Ltd., the director of Hebei Chengde Lulu Co., Ltd., the chairman and general manager of Luoyang Fluorine Potassium Technology Co., Ltd., and the director of Xinjiang Saltpeter Potash Fertilizer Co., Ltd.
