The reporter learned that as of September 2021, the number of new urban jobs in Guangzhou city was 248,300, accounting for 22% of the province, up 17.46% year-on-year, and 112.86% of the annual task was completed; 141,700 urban registered unemployed people were helped to achieve re-employment, up 44.15% year-on-year, and 134.95% of the annual task was completed; 47,100 people with employment difficulties were helped to re-employ, up 6.08% year-on-year, 108.53% of the annual task was completed, and "zero employment" was "zero employment" Households achieved dynamic clearance; the registered unemployment rate in cities and towns was 2.14%, down 0.39 percentage points year-on-year, controlled within the target of 3.5%. From January to September 2021, Guangzhou will reduce the unemployment insurance and work injury insurance rates in stages, reducing the burden of enterprises by a total of 6.091 billion yuan; issuing a total of 1.411 billion yuan of employment subsidy funds, benefiting 779,300 people; and completing 1.169 million subsidized vocational skills training such as work-for-work training, and issuing training subsidies of 1.546 billion yuan.
