On the morning of October 21, the Jing'an District Housing Management Bureau organized and held a bi-weekly promotion meeting for the installation of multi-storey elevators in Jing'an District in 2021, and more than 30 people from the District Construction Management Committee, the District Planning and Resources Bureau, the District Market Supervision Bureau and 14 streets and towns in the district attended the meeting. He made the following requests:
First, it is necessary to accurately understand and judge the current situation, meet the work requirements of the district party committee and the district government, and sprint at the end of the year to ensure the completion of the annual target task of installing elevators.
The second is to attach great importance to the safety of the ladder, strengthen the supervision and management of the construction unit, ensure the quality and safety of the project, and guide the residents to choose state-owned enterprises or large enterprises to undertake the ladder project as much as possible in future projects.
The third is to plan in advance for next year's ladder task, reserve a batch of projects at the end of the year, and strive to start a batch of projects in the first half of next year and complete a batch at the end of the year.
Fourth, if you encounter difficulties and problems in the streets and towns, please give feedback to the district ladder special class in time, and the special class will take full lead in doing a good job in the work of adding ladders, and complete the target tasks issued by the district party committee and the district government to the letter.
The district plus ladder work special class introduced the completion of the task of installing elevators in our district this year and the recent work priorities, the streets and towns exchanged the recent work progress and difficult problems, and the district construction management committee, the planning and resources bureau, and the market supervision bureau further clarified the management requirements on the safety management, planning approval and elevator quality inspection and collection of the ladder project.
Jiang He, deputy director of the District Housing Management Bureau, stressed the need to keep an eye on the annual target, grasp the task of starting and completing the project, and work together until the end of the year. All neighborhoods and towns should increase the conversion rate of key indicators such as signing contracts, starting construction, and completing projects, increase the intensity of mass work, resolve contradictions in letters and visits, and adjust from monthly reports to weekly reports to update ladder data. The District Housing Authority will work with other relevant functional departments to solve the difficult problems in the approval.
