I followed my parents in the vegetable business in Shanghai in 2008, and according to years of understanding and experience in the market development trend, the market development prospects of growing carrots are relatively good. At the same time, it also caught up with such a good policy as the "Four Geese Project" proposed by the government of our hometown, and indeed it also helped our young people who started businesses in other places, and then decided to return to their hometown for development.
With the dream of developing his hometown, at the beginning of this year, Wang Peng and his partner Fan Baisen established the Yuanqiao Planting Family Farm, which transferred about 300 mu of land in the first phase of Xuxuzi Village in Changcheng Town, and built 125 vegetable greenhouses to professionally grow radish.
At the beginning, when we established this family farm, we still encountered some difficulties, such as: when the land was transferred, because we were not in our hometown for many years, we did not know much about the basic farmland of these villagers, and the village committee and the leaders of the town gave us door-to-door visits to do the work, and finally transferred more than 300 acres of land to make the farm normal construction and operation.
Drink the same bucket of Yi river water, unforgettable hometown feelings of a lifetime. For the future plan, Wang Peng wants to continue to work hard to develop and make more contributions to his hometown.
Our Yuanqiao Plantation Family Farm proposed one-on-one assistance to 7 people in need in the nearby village, and villagers over the age of 50 can go to the farm to work. At present, our farm is also actively docking to build the second batch of the city's Yangtze River Delta base construction projects, planning to invest 3 million yuan at the end of this year, transfer more than 100 acres of land, expand the base area, build high-standard vegetable greenhouses, and make a modest contribution to rural revitalization.
