As a leading cadre with party membership, Liu Baitian lost his ideals and convictions, betrayed his original mission, disregarded the spirit of the eight provisions of the central authorities, and accepted gifts in violation of the law; his organizational concept was weak, and he concealed and did not report personal matters; he sold officials and knights, selected and appointed cadres in violation of regulations; he made changes at will and used funds for poverty alleviation in violation of the law; he lacked a sense of the bottom line, performed his duties incorrectly, and illegally lent financial funds, causing losses to state property; and took advantage of his position to seek benefits for others in such areas as project contracting, promotion, and allocation of project funds. It also illegally accepts huge sums of money and property; officials and businessmen collude to embezzle public funds for personal gain.
Song Decai lost his ideals and convictions, deviated from his original mission, was disloyal and dishonest to the party, and resisted organizational scrutiny; violated the spirit of the Eight Central Regulations and honest discipline and accepted gifts in violation of regulations; did not report personal matters in accordance with regulations, did not truthfully explain problems when organizing correspondence, violated the system of selecting and appointing people, accepted property and property from others in the process of selecting and appointing cadres, and sent money and materials to other public employees in order to seek promotion and promotion; engaged in money and color transactions; relied on enterprises to eat enterprises, and used his power to contract projects for others, allocate funds, and make payments. The reporter noted that the other two officials who were expelled from the party were Zhao Junsheng, former deputy secretary of the party committee, general manager, and director of the Inner Mongolia Transportation Investment (Group) Co., Ltd.; and Qin Jinghe, former deputy inspector of the Bayannaoer Municipal Government.
After investigation, Zhao Junsheng, as a leading cadre with party membership, was disloyal and dishonest to the party, and deliberately tried to resist organizational scrutiny; he had a weak sense of organization, did not truthfully report personal matters, and accepted money and property from others in the work of selecting cadres and recruiting staff and workers; violated the principle of honesty in government, took advantage of his position to reimburse expenses that should be paid by individuals in units, engaged in profit-making activities in violation of the law, and invested in business in the name of others; abused his power, interfered in and interfered in market economic activities; violated the discipline of life; and lost the bottom line in the face of the temptation of interests. In terms of project contracting and fund allocation, he used the convenience of his position to seek benefits for others and illegally accepted huge amounts of property;
Ignoring the spirit of the eight central regulations, Qin Jinghe accepted gifts and shopping cards in violation of the law; seriously undermined the party's system of selecting and appointing people, accepted property and property from others in the process of cadre selection, promotion to posts, and the recruitment of staff and workers; overstaffed the number of posts and assigned cadres to posts in violation of regulations; and hired staff in violation of regulations; morally corrupt and engaged in power and sex transactions; took advantage of his position to seek benefits for others in the areas of project contracting and promotion, and illegally accepted huge amounts of money and property.
