The core essence of the guiding opinions on promoting the development of standardized big data issued by our province is to promote the comprehensive utilization and development of standardized data resources, support the improvement of standard governance and service efficiency, and serve the strategic layout of digital Shandong.
According to the guidance of our province, based on the standard "element resource" positioning, we will comprehensively cover standardized policy data, text data, application data, supervision data, talent data, project data, etc., and promote the interconnection and docking with public data such as technology, industry, project, and market. At the same time, we will promote the development of standard pilot intelligent service products, build a standardized big data public service platform, and realize service functions such as factor screening, on-demand statistics, cross-domain selection, document traceability, and intelligent analysis; promote the demonstration of typical applications of standardized data, and realize the functions of standardized demand analysis, standardized project identification, standardized path research and solution provision in the market field, and at the same time, we will take the lead in key areas such as leading industries and strategic emerging industries.

These 15 projects, for example, the key project of IEC international standard system construction for power generation, transmission and distribution system robots, and the promotion of the construction of the first IEC international standard organization in the field of leading the province, will help us contribute to a wider range and at a higher level, share China's technical experience, dominate more international standards, and realize the transformation of technical advantages into rule advantages and market advantages. For another example, the standardization of key technologies for marine sensing has been tackled. The core task of the project is mainly to make breakthroughs in formulating national and industry standards for deep-sea marine sensing technology and calibration methods, promoting the industrialization of new localization of all-deep-sea sensors, breaking the monopoly of foreign technology, realizing the autonomy and controllability of marine sensing technology and test data, and fundamentally ensuring data security. At the same time, based on the implementation of this standard, the formulation and implementation of sensor calibration technical standards will be accelerated, and the innovation and development of China's marine sensor calibration service industry will be driven.
Standardization strategic key projects are the new project form of Shandong standard construction this year, through the construction of key projects, our province will accelerate the promotion of emerging formats, basic research and industrial development integration, key common technology breakthroughs, "card neck" technology research and development, new infrastructure construction and other aspects of the standardization construction, the formation of standard first-mover advantage and pilot effect. In the next step, we will continue to deepen the design of this work system, implement the annual rolling strategic key project plan, and continue to increase the formulation of standards for the transformation of basic research achievements, through the innovation chain of science-technology-standard-industry; increase the development of key technical standards for "card neck", promote the improvement of independent and controllable industrial basic capabilities; and firmly grasp the major strategic deployment of digital economy, green technology, new infrastructure and other major strategic deployments, and improve the standard system.
