"Action movie expert" John Moore has signed on to direct N.O.C., a counterterrorism-themed thriller that John Moore has previously directed, including A Good Day to Die Hard and Max Payne.

Dave Mathalon and Daniel Scott Gordon will be the writers of the film, which tells the story of CIA agent Alex, who infiltrates a terrorist organization, but discovers that a faction of the CIA is actively cooperating with the terrorist organization.
