On May 14, 2021, the first instance trial of the lottery dispute case was pronounced by the Enyi District People's Court, ruling that the lottery ticket involved in the case belonged to the plaintiff lottery player Mr. Yao, the original defendants Wang X and Xiao X of the original first instance, and the original first instance additional defendant Gao X appealed to the Xi'an Intermediate People's Court because they were not satisfied with the first-instance judgment of the Enyi District People's Court. At 9:00 a.m. on January 9, 2020, the Enyi District People's Court of Xi'an City held a hearing on the case. In addition to the lottery shop owner and the Shaanxi Provincial Sports Lottery Management Center, the winner of the 10.01 million yuan lottery, Gao Moumou, was listed as the third person by the court, who was the cousin of the lottery shop owner Mr. Wang. The verdict was not pronounced in court.
On June 23, 2020, Yao filed a complaint requesting the revocation of the compensation agreement signed with the shop owner.
On November 5, 2020, the People's Court of Enyi District of Xi'an City held a hearing on the case.
On January 11, 2021, the Enyi District People's Court served the Civil Judgment on the plaintiff and defendant. The compensation agreement of $150,000 signed by the parties on July 18, 2019 in respect of the dispute over the 10.01 million jackpot lottery was revoked. The judgment also found that, upon investigation, the actual redeemer of the lottery ticket involved in the case was Gao X, the cousin of defendant Wang.
On May 14, 2021, the People's Court of Enyi District of Xi'an City ruled as follows: The owner of the sports lottery lotto 19082 lottery number 110610-177960-065449-965002-739658 is the plaintiff, Mr. Yao.
