Anti-micro-gradual
Zhu Guangzhi
The earliest anti-micro-du gradual is from Jin Wei's "QiZhi Ran Min": "Qing Jie Ping lowered Hu, with the number of Shan Yu to prevent Micro Du Gradual." The Book of The Later Han Dynasty Ding Hongchuan: "If the government is responsible and Du gradually prevents Meng, then the fierce demon will be destroyed and the blessing will be eliminated." This means that when wrong thoughts and actions have just signs or signs, they must be prevented and stopped, and they must not be allowed to continue to develop.
There is a record in the Book of Later Han and the Biography of Ding Hong: When the Eastern Han Dynasty and Emperor He ascended the throne, they were only fourteen years old, and because of their young age, they were ruled by Empress Dou, and her brother Dou Xian was a great general, and the military and political power of the state actually fell into the hands of Empress Dou's brother Dou Xian and others. They are chaotic and unscrupulous. Seeing that the Great Han Dynasty was crumbling, all the courtiers were worried. The chancellor Situ Dinghong, who was full of righteousness, was very resentful of the Dou clan's dictatorship and was determined to eliminate the disaster for the country. A few years later, a solar eclipse occurred in the sky, and Ding Hong took advantage of this ominous sign that was considered ominous at the time, so he wrote to emperor and suggested that emperor He take advantage of dou's fledgling wings and lack of power to deal with it to prevent future troubles. He said in the song: "If the government is responsible and Du gradually guards against Meng, then the evil demon will be destroyed and the blessing will be destroyed." Emperor He had already had this plan, so he adopted his advice and appointed him as a lieutenant and a guard lieutenant, stationed in the second palace of the north and south, and deposed Dou Xian's officials at the same time. The Dou brothers also committed suicide one after another, knowing that their sins were so deep that they eased the political situation in the Eastern Han Dynasty.
In medicine, the prevention of micro-du gradually reflects the principle of prevention first. TCM attaches great importance to the early diagnosis and treatment of diseases. The Neijing says: "The good ruler cures the skin, then the skin, then the tendons, the six intestines, and the five viscera." Any disease has a process of development from light to severe, should take advantage of the light of the disease to grasp the treatment, if the disease has reached the depth, it will bring greater harm to the body, even irreparable. The story of "Bian Que Sees Cai Huangong" is the most inspiring, Bian Que si saw Cai Huangong to persuade him to treat the disease, but was rejected by Cai Huangong, Cai Huangong also from "disease in the heart", to "disease in the skin", to "disease in the stomach", and finally to "disease into the bone marrow, helpless to he also". This story is intended to warn the people of the world, especially those who are politicians, that they should have the courage to face reality, face personal disasters and social crises, and adopt rescue measures as soon as possible.
The Tao Te Ching has a cloud: "The wood of the embrace is born at the end of the millimeter." The platform of the ninth floor starts from the soil. A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step... The people's work is often defeated by a few successes. If you are cautious in the end, you will not be defeated. In Lao Tzu's view, the reason why people "often fail with a few successes" is because they cannot always prevent micro-gradualism. Han Feizi also has clouds: The of a thousand zhangs collapses with the nest of ants; the chamber of a hundred feet burns with the smoke of the gap. Therefore, it is known that bai gui's trip, the also stuffs its caves, and the cautious fire of the zhangren also paints its gaps. It is because bai gui has no water difficulties, and the zhangren has no fire. This is all prudent and easy to take refuge, and respect the detailed to the far-sighted also. That is to say, the development of things is a process from easy to difficult, from fine to huge, so it is necessary to "be cautious and easy to take refuge, respect the details and be ambitious." The ancients had clouds: "Small goodness gradually grows and great virtue is born, and small evil breeds and great fear." Before his death, Liu Bei also said to his son Liu Chan's last words: "Don't do it with evil and smallness, and don't do it with goodness and smallness." "They all emphasize that things must be done carefully and cautiously.
There is a saying in the "Book of Song and the Biography of Wu Xi": "And if you want to prevent the slightest, you are worried about it before it starts." Song Fan Zhongyan's "Book of the Shangxiangfu" says: "Today, under the long peace, repair the political religion and make liturgical music, in case the slightest doer is gradually enlightened." Ming Lu Cai's "Huaixiang Ji" has a cloud: "I can't prevent wei Gradually, but who do I blame?" The "Zizhi Tongjian" also said: "Husbands are not born in a small way." The saints are far-sighted, so they can be cured with a small amount of care, and the knowledge of the multitude is near, so they will wait for them and then save them. To cure the small is to use less force and more work, and to save them is to try their best and not to reach it. In a word, it is: see the micro and know, prevent the micro and gradually.
For today's politicians, only by preventing microaggressions can we prevent problems before they occur; Only when the alarm bells are sounded for a long time can we keep a clear head; Only a righteous spirit can resist the erosion of all kinds of decadent ideas; Only by being upright and honest can we better hold and use power for the party and the people.
