On the evening of October 28, the successful parent training (2021) series of activities jointly sponsored by Haikou Women's Federation, Haikou Municipal Education Bureau, Meilan District Women's Federation and Meilan District Education Bureau was launched at Haikou No. 10 Middle School.
The lecture mainly focused on how parents can improve their family education ability under the double reduction policy and better cooperate with the topic of school education, and the Xian Huadong tutor of Hainan Juede Education Consulting Center solved and shared some difficult problems in family education.
Tutor from the perspective of applied psychology for parents to explain the skills and application of parent-child communication, most of the problems in family education are mainly caused by improper communication, parents through the on-site experience, feel the same words in different language habits of the communication effect of the impact, communication process, the role of words played only 7%, and the vast majority of communication effects are determined by voice intonation and body language.
In the lecture, parents actively interact with the tutor on the issue of family education, some parents put forward the problem that children do not like sports, like to stay in their rooms, the tutor analyzed the problems behind the phenomenon, and first talked to everyone about the different personality characteristics of each child, some children are lively and active, some children are quiet and introverted, some children think jumping, some children think more and move less, etc. Parents should really understand their children, so as to guide and motivate him, of course, parents must begin to learn and master effective communication methods. When children reach the junior high school stage, the role of parental authority in education is bound to gradually fade, and if children are willing to accept teaching, the sooner they become friends with their children, the better. At the end of this session of the family education psychology lecture, some parents also took notes, and at the end of the lecture, many parents said that they had benefited a lot and hoped to hold similar activities frequently.
Guided by the Haikou Women's Federation and the Haikou Municipal Education Bureau, the event carried out a series of lectures on family education public welfare psychology on a weekly basis to provide more parents with family education knowledge and skills, and jointly promote the healthy physical and mental development of primary and secondary school students.
