In order to thoroughly implement the "Three-year Action Plan for the Improvement of Basic Education in Xi'an (2019-2021)" and further improve the professional quality and comprehensive quality of the teacher team, the Education Bureau of Xi'an Aviation Base recently launched a series of summer teacher training activities. According to reports, the training is based on multi-dimensional training modes such as "expert leadership, combination of competition and education, online and offline, and orderly combination", which guides the majority of teachers to change their concepts in the new era, continuously improve their professional quality, and strengthen their education and teaching capabilities.
The Education Bureau of Aviation Base specially invited Yu Ling, a preschool education teacher and researcher and senior teacher of Xi'an Educational Science Research Institute, to train the backbone teachers of kindergartens in their jurisdiction on professional skills and knowledge of preschool education. Yu Ling said that preschool teachers should put teacher morality first, take children as the foundation, and love every child; they must have certain professional ability and win social prestige with excellent professional skills; they must strengthen self-improvement, self-reflection, and use knowledge to help children grow.
In the special training activity of "Improving the Professional Ability of Kindergarten Teachers" organized by the Education Bureau of the Aviation Base, Mr. Cao Yue, a member of the first batch of "Famous Teachers +" Jin Ruimin Training Community in Xi'an City, as the keynote speaker, explained in depth the methods and skills of education and teaching organization and implementation and the problems that should be paid attention to in the research of topics from the two aspects of "Kindergarten Teacher Education Teaching Ability Improvement Training" and "Subject Training and Seminar", and provided methods and strategies for participating teachers to better organize education and teaching activities and carry out education and teaching research. It points out the direction for the professional development of teachers.
The Aviation Base Education Bureau also organized key primary school teachers to participate in the online training of the "Whole Book Reading Deep Learning Teaching Seminar". The training meeting was carried out by the Continuing Education Committee of the Chinese Children's Literature Research Association and the Famous Teachers' Road Online Classroom, and the participating teachers expressed their thoughts and feelings and what they learned by writing lecture notes and study experiences.
