Announcement on the adjustment of traffic organization measures and the addition of illegal capture and evidence collection equipment
In order to further strengthen the road traffic management in the main urban area of our city, optimize the road traffic environment, prevent and reduce the occurrence of road traffic congestion and accidents, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China", "The Implementation Regulations of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China", "Hebei Province implements the "Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China" and other relevant provisions of laws and regulations, combined with the actual road traffic in our city, the adjustment of intersection channelization, the adjustment of traffic organization and the location of new illegal capture and evidence collection equipment are hereby announced as follows:
First, the adjustment of intersection channelization
(1) The intersection of the South Ring Road of Lingxi Avenue
North Exit: The current intersection is channelized into three (2 left, 1 straight right) out of three, by offsetting the center double yellow line, the average distribution lane width, channelization into four (3 left, 1 straight right) out of three, storage lane length 70 meters, gradient section length 30 meters;
(2) The intersection of Trade Road on Lingxi Avenue
North Exit: Enter the "left turn" lane and adjust it to the "straight and turn left" lane;
Second, the adjustment of traffic organization measures
(1) Combined with the road traffic situation around primary and secondary schools in our city, the following roads are limited to one-way traffic.
1. Yiyuan Street (Xiushui Road - Kaiyuan Road)
One-way traffic from north to south, one-way traffic time (11:00-12:00, 16:30-17:00);
2. Kaiyuan Road (Zhonghua Street - Mingyi Street)
One-way traffic from west to east, one-way traffic time (11:00-12:00);
3. Electromagnetic wire factory road
One-way traffic from south to north, one-way traffic time (7:00-20:00);
4. Puhui Street (Cong Tai West Road - Mahayana Road)
One-way traffic from north to south, one-way traffic time (7:30-9:00, 17:00-19:00); the implementation date of the above one-way line is during the school period, except for statutory holidays and students' winter and summer vacations.
(2) Combined with the road traffic situation in our city, the following roads will be cancelled and restricted.
1. Exhibition Road (Zhonghua Avenue - Fuhe Street)
Two-way traffic is restored from one-way traffic.
2. Renmin Road Guangming Avenue Intersection (North Exit)
Abolish the left side of the intersection of Guangming Avenue (North Exit) of Renmin Road.
III. New equipment for illegal capture and evidence collection
(1) The intersection of Guangtai Street on Paint Factory Road
New equipment for illegal capture and evidence collection has been added to collect red lights, violations of prohibition markings, illegal parking, and other road traffic violations.
(2) Paint Factory Road (Fudong Avenue to Dongliu Street Section)
New equipment for illegal capture and evidence collection has been added to collect violations of prohibited markings, illegal parking, and other road traffic violations.
(3) Handan Road Liu Nan Line Exit
New equipment for illegal capture and evidence collection has been added to collect violations of red lights, violations of prohibited signs, signs, markings, reverse driving, and other road traffic violations.
(4) Handan Road tea shed intersection
(5) Handa Road Nanbao Village intersection
