Less than a day after Typhoon "Kangsen" was generated, the second autumn typhoon also came to report! Today (September 7) at 8:00 a.m., Typhoon Candu No. 14 formed. At 5 p.m., the center of Typhoon "Candu" is about 1540 kilometers east of Manila, Philippines, and will move in a west-northerly direction at a speed of about 15 km/h, gradually approaching the coast of the southeastern part of Taiwan Island.

Moreover, the landing site is blocked by the direction of the typhoon due to the southward shift of the subtropical high pressure, and the location of the typhoon will gradually turn south.
