At the scene, it can be seen that the guardrail of the overpass has been damaged in a large area, and 5 of the guardrails have been knocked over and scattered on the ground. Another doorman was severely deformed by the front of the car. The cement pillar was broken, and it is conceivable that the impact force was quite large at that time. According to the video taken by witnesses at the time, the driver of the tank truck was a middle-aged man.

The driver was then rescued by firefighters and taken to a nearby hospital. According to firefighters, the driver suffered minor injuries to the head and feet, but fortunately the accident did not cause fatalities.
